Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange or return the products in your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue a refund or arrange for an exchange. You can do this online through our Returns Portal or by emailing us at info@ayur.bio.
How can I exchange my product?
If you have ordered the wrong product, if the product has arrived damaged or defective, you can exchange it for another one at no cost to you! You can do this through our Returns Portal or write to us at info@ayur.bio for advice and product recommendations. Remember that you will be able to exchange the product for another product of the same RRP or lower, and you will be reimbursed the difference in that case.
You will receive the return label, you will have to keep the order in the same box in which we sent it to you so that it arrives well protected and take it to the nearest post office, together with the label that we will provide you with, at no cost to you!
How can I return a product?
Follow these steps:
- Go to our Returns Portal and follow the steps below.
- Prepare the package and deliver it to the post office nearest to you, together with the label we will provide you with. At no cost to you!
- We will process the refund as soon as we receive it at our premises and will notify you by email.
What happens if the product is defective or does not match the purchased reference?
Total guarantee! We will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your products.

*The return or exchange will always be free for Spain. For returns to the rest of Europe they may include costs for customs reasons.
